LIQUICON is focused in the field of the foldable IBC - the foldable intermediate bulk container
The foldable IBC enables cost-efficient transport and storage of liquids and viscous products. The combination of a foldable IBC and a matching liner meets the high hygiene and safety standards of the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food industry. LIQUICON was established in 2006 and has recognized from that time the special potential of this extremely cost efficient transport system in terms of all supply chain processes.
The concept of the foldable IBC is very practice-oriented: It is based on the combination of a foldable container with a steralizable plastic bag - the so-called liner. The liner is inserted into the container and then filled with the individual product. Depending on requirements, it has different filling and discharging options.
To guarantee high hygiene standards, the liners are exclusively developed as disposable products. Compared to rigid containers, this smart transport solution saves considerable costs. The time-consuming cleaning of traditional rigid containers is no longer necessary.
Multiple stackability and low maintenance costs make the IBC an efficient solution for the constantly increasing transport and storage costs.

LIQUICON IS ON THE RIGHT TRACK
The responsible treatment of nature is an integral part of LIQUICON's company philosophy.
We are constantly working on the improvement of the discharge process and on lowering the residue to a minimum. Our main focus is to reduce the consumption of valuable raw materials and required input quantities in production. One example was to introduce a container with a slope into the market which is now one of the most frequently used container types: this has enabled us to significantly reduce the use of raw materials and waste.
We are also committed to avoiding environmentally harmful cleaning processes, as is the case with rigid, conventional containers. That way we save the natural preservation of water resources and the regeneration of the environment.
Promoting environmental sustainability -saving natural rescources
Our inliners are made of polyethylene. Their excellent material components make them a valuable raw material for cost-effective and environmentally friendly recycled packaging.This closes an ecologically and economically sensitive raw material circle: resources are preserved and the environment is conserved.
Promoting sustainability also applies in terms of transport: Our container concept with optimum folding and stacking ratio enables us to use transport routes far more efficiently. What we achieved is a transport ratio of 3:1 to 5:1.
We need further environmentally responsible concepts - that is why we engage in a constant dialogue with our customers. The growing interest in our products shows that we are on the right track.
